Yes. We secure NYC DOT lane‑closure permits, DOB filings, and PE‑stamped drawings for bases or rooftop mounts when required.

Absolutely. Poles can be powder‑coated and banners printed to Pantone®‑matched colors.

Yes. In New York, the entire sale is tax‑exempt when a U.S. Flag is bundled with the pole (standard—not custom) on the same invoice.

Reassurance Before You Approve

Standard ground‑set pole: 1–2 days.
Roof or structural mount: 2–4 days including curing/inspection.
Large banner install: 4–6 hours with bucket truck or climbers.

 

Yes—full $5 M liability, workers’ comp, OSHA 30 crews, and COIs issued within 24 hrs.

We don’t lock you into annual plans. Instead, we charge a flat $550 per service call, which covers:

  • On‑site inspection of pole, truck (pulley head), cleat, and hardware

  • Re‑roping / halyard replacement and raising your flag back up

Any additional repairs (e.g., replacing a broken pulley or repainting) are quoted on‑site before work begins so there are no surprise fees.

Yes. Crews are on call with stocked parts and climbers; most storm‑damage calls are resolved within 48 hrs.
