Questions: How long does a custom flag last?

Usually 6-12 months is typically from what we see in the field. There are many conditions that affect how long a flag will last . Weather , pollution ( cars , trucks etc)  , UV rays from the sun will affect how long the flag will last. We recommend having a back up banner so it can be swapped around , washed , repaired which will help extend the life of the banner.

Questions: How much does a custom flag cost?

There are many factors involved. Size , design , print process (applique , silk screen , digitally print etc). If you send us an email with your art work @ info@nycflagrepair.com we can give you a free estimate.

Question: Do you install lighting to illuminate a flag or banner?

Yes we do. We recommend a led light fixture to illuminate your flag / banner. Send us an email with a picture of the property / pole and let us give you a no obligation quote.

Question: Our flag keeps on wrapping around the pole what can we do to prevent this from happening?

Tie Down Attachment

We  stitch a tie down attachment point onto bottom inside corner of the flag that is used to tie a rope from an attachment point on the wall to the flag/ banner to keep it from going over the pole and wrapping it self around the pole.

We also can stitch a patch on your custom flag or banner which reinforces the bottom end of the  flag to support the  NON TANGLE ROD (long bar that attaches to the flag with clamps that acts as a counter weight) which keeps the custom flag and banner from  raising over the pole and wrapping it self around the pole.

Why choose us?

We are a full service flagpole company servicing NY (http://www.nycflagrepair.com) , NJ ( http://www.newjerseyflagrepair.com ) , Connecticut  ( http://www.stamfordflagrepair.com ) and Long Island ( http://www.longislandflagrepair.com ) .  We also do installations for other national flagpole and sign companies as well. We occasionally run into customers that  have some flags made by others and have had hired us to do the installation and  once we arrive on site  there is a problem with installation because it was not the right size or was not made correctly (not double sided , double sided with a liner but you can see the other side since there is no liner etc) the customer is stuck with a product that is useless to to them. Dealing with one vendor will make your life easier because  we take care of everything and you have peace of mind that the job will be done right the first time.
